Program description

Home Lab: This is our home training program for those who have 60 minutes to work out. It’s a combination of functional fitness and cardio that requires little equipment, takes little time, and still guarantees an effective workout.

Functional Strength Training: Here we offer training methods that help you gain muscle mass while increasing your endurance. It’s the perfect mix between traditional functional strength training and cardio, all packed into a 60-minute workout. But, if you want more, we can give you more!

Chrono 30/HIIT: If you have limited time during the day, but still want an intense and effective workout, look no further! Focused on bodyweight exercises or with light weights, you’ll move fast and with endurance till the end. It’s the ideal cardio session that easily fits into your busy day!

Functional Fitness: Our training program geared towards those wanting to progress and perform in this sport. Having participated in the CF Games ourselves, we know what you need to make strategic progress. You can finish this program in one hour or more.

Program description

If you’re looking for more personalized guidance, individual coaching is made for you. This service is designed for those wanting a custom approach with precise distance coaching. All levels are welcome !

Evaluation: An initial evaluation will help us understand your physical profile, your skill level, your strengths, and your weaknesses in order to create more precise training program.

Tracking your results: Each week, you will write down your training results and send them to your coach. We use the plateform True Coach for efficient tracking !

Video Feedback: Send your coach videos of your movements, so that they can correct and improve your workouts.

Video meeting: A once-a-month private meeting with your coach to discuss your goals or adjustments.

Program for your center

This service is designed to provide training center owners with a balanced training program so that their members can exercise safely. Targeting all components of physical fitness (strength / power, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility), this program is designed by following cycles with specific goals.

How does it work?

  1. 01 Our workouts have a technical / strength part as well as a conditioning part.
  2. 02 Your coaches will always have access to a prescribed warm-up as well as daily top tips to guide their work.
  3. 03 Our specialty is individualization: you will always have 3 levels of offerings in order to adapt the training to all your members.
  4. 04 This is your solution to save time and ensure the satisfaction and results of your members.

Section Naturopathy

The food advice service allows you to assess your lifestyle habits (diet, physical activity, environment, etc.) in order to exploit their full potential. Naturopathy and herbal medicine is at the heart of this alternative medicine. Depending on your needs and your goals, a personalized plan will be built to help you move towards your optimal shape.

Injury rehabilitation Rehab

The Injury Rehab service is designed to help you stay active by incorporating the necessary elements of your rehabilitation into your training program. Our certified athletic therapists make the necessary adjustments to your training program for a gradual and safe return to training or athletic performance. They will assess your mobility, stability, motor control and biomechanics to identify limitations and provide you with a rehabilitation program that can be incorporated into your training.

How does it work?
