Home Lab: This is our home training program for those who have 60 minutes to work out. It’s a combination of functional fitness and cardio that requires little equipment, takes little time, and still guarantees an effective workout.
Functional Strength Training: Here we offer training methods that help you gain muscle mass while increasing your endurance. It’s the perfect mix between traditional functional strength training and cardio, all packed into a 60-minute workout. But, if you want more, we can give you more!
Chrono 30/HIIT: If you have limited time during the day, but still want an intense and effective workout, look no further! Focused on bodyweight exercises or with light weights, you’ll move fast and with endurance till the end. It’s the ideal cardio session that easily fits into your busy day!
Functional Fitness: Our training program geared towards those wanting to progress and perform in this sport. Having participated in the CF Games ourselves, we know what you need to make strategic progress. You can finish this program in one hour or more.
If you’re looking for more personalized guidance, individual coaching is made for you. This service is designed for those wanting a custom approach with precise distance coaching. All levels are welcome !
Evaluation: An initial evaluation will help us understand your physical profile, your skill level, your strengths, and your weaknesses in order to create more precise training program.
Tracking your results: Each week, you will write down your training results and send them to your coach. We use the plateform True Coach for efficient tracking !
Video Feedback: Send your coach videos of your movements, so that they can correct and improve your workouts.
Video meeting: A once-a-month private meeting with your coach to discuss your goals or adjustments.
